Originally from the Maliq area, Ibrahimllari graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Tirana, where he later completed his specialization in Orthopedics. Today he works as an orthopedic surgeon in one of the largest private hospitals in Tirana, earning the respect of colleagues and the trust of many patients thanks to his professionalism and dedication.

Beyond the white coat, Dr. Ibrahimllari is also engaged in public life as a councilor of the Municipality of Maliq, representing the Democratic Party. In the meetings of the Municipal Council and in meetings with citizens, he has stood out for raising issues affecting the community and for his straightforward positions.
