A 43-year-old woman faces criminal proceedings for improper parking.

The Road Traffic Police of Korçë, during checks to identify illegally parked vehicles that obstruct normal traffic and pedestrian movement, found a vehicle parked improperly in neighborhood 1 of Korçë, which was blocking the movement of road users.

Following procedural actions, specialists from the Road Traffic Sector referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the driver, F.P., 43, resident of Biranj, for the criminal offense of “Obstructing the circulation of transport vehicles.”

The Korçë Local Police Directorate urges vehicle owners to respect traffic rules and avoid any actions that hinder the free movement of vehicles and pedestrians. Improper parking, especially on sidewalks or crossings, will be punished with immediate criminal and administrative measures.
