A rare scene in the middle of the capital, citizens film from their balconies…

An unusual situation was recorded late Saturday morning in the center of Tirana, in the area between the Bank of Albania and the Resurrection of Christ Orthodox Cathedral, where a woman went out into the street without clothes, causing concern among passersby and drivers.

According to footage published by citizens on social media, the woman is seen hitting vehicles with her hands and feet, climbing on top of them, and for several minutes blocking traffic in one of the busiest areas of the capital. Her behavior created confusion and posed a risk to her own safety as well as to drivers.

Many citizens filmed the moments from their apartment balconies, from city buses, and from their own vehicles, while the reasons that led to this situation are still unknown.
