ACCIDENT / Taxi driver and three passengers injured

A road accident was recorded on Sunday morning on the Tepelenë–Krahës axis, in the area known as “Mogila”, involving two vehicles.

According to preliminary information, a vehicle driven by a 67-year-old man with the initials K. Ç., resident of Elbasan, collided with a taxi driven by a 28-year-old man, K. R., resident of Tirana.

As a result of the crash, the taxi driver and three passengers were injured. The injured were transported to the Regional Hospital of Gjirokastër, where they are receiving medical treatment and are under the care of doctors.

An investigative team has arrived at the scene and is carrying out procedural actions to clarify the causes and circumstances of the accident.
