ACCIDENT this morning / Two vehicles collide, one of the drivers ends up in hospital

Another road accident was recorded this Sunday morning at around 09:45 on the Peqin–Rrogozhinë national road, just a few hours after the serious collision that occurred on Saturday evening near the village of Karinë.

The incident happened near the Gjocaj intersection, close to the city of Peqin, where two vehicles collided. As a result of the strong impact, one of the cars was almost completely damaged.

According to preliminary information, one of the vehicles is suspected of entering the main road in violation of traffic rules, causing the accident.

One of the drivers was injured in the collision and was transported to receive medical assistance. Meanwhile, police arrived at the scene and are carrying out investigative actions to clarify the full circumstances and causes of the accident.
