A 31-year-old man was caught red-handed in the capital after attempting to sell narcotic seeds.

The coded operation “Procesi” was finalized by Police Station No. 2, aimed at preventing the cultivation of narcotic plants.
A citizen traveling by car was arrested on Rruga e Dafinave while attempting to sell 1,000 cannabis seeds.
As a result of increased police vigilance and intensified operational work, focused on preventing and striking criminal activities in the field of narcotics at an early stage, the services of Police Station No. 2 successfully concluded the operation “Procesi.”
Within the framework of the operation, on Rruga e Dafinave, the vehicle driven by citizen R. A. was stopped. Inside the vehicle, a bag containing 1,000 suspected narcotic Cannabis Sativa seeds was found.
At the conclusion of procedural actions for this case, citizen R. A., 31 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested in flagrante delicto. The narcotic seeds and the “Benz” vehicle he was driving were seized as material evidence.
The case materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office for further actions.
