Arrested for narcotics possession

Anti-Narcotics specialists have arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen N. K., 32 years old, and initiated criminal proceedings against O. H., 21 years old, both residents of Pogradec.
During a physical search and a search of their residences, police services found and seized a quantity of suspected narcotic substance, believed to be Cannabis Sativa.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Pogradec for further investigative actions.
