Police in Shkodër have arrested one of the suspects believed to have taken part in the assault on the head of FSA Shkodër.

A man identified with the surname Elis Çela, a resident of the “Kiras” neighborhood in Shkodër, has been taken into custody. He is suspected of being the person who transported the other individual, who allegedly struck FSA director Haderi with a blunt object.

Meanwhile, Shkodër police have also identified the second suspect, believed to be the main perpetrator of the attack on Haderi, who has now been declared wanted as efforts continue to locate and arrest him.

The incident took place on May 21 in the evening, when in the “Rus” neighborhood, FSA director Ramir Haderi was hit by an individual and then fled in an unknown direction. Haderi sustained an injury to his eyebrow and, after receiving medical treatment at the hospital, returned home.

One day after the incident, director Haderi reacted, saying that nothing would stop him. The attack is suspected to be related to his duties, while the individuals involved are believed to be hired attackers and that the organizers are others. Police continue investigations to fully clarify the case.
