Before the Mandates Council meeting, SPAC makes another move against Balluku

The Special Prosecution (SPAK) has launched an investigation into Belinda Balluku’s assets, sending requests to several institutions.

In addition to tenders, prosecutors are focusing on the asset investigation.

Companies that Balluku is accused of corrupt activities with are also under investigation.

On February 23, the Mandates Council will meet to decide on her immunity, where SPAK will most likely present new evidence and request a closed-door session.
