Narcotics Investigation specialists arrested S. D., 36, resident of Çetë village, Bilisht, in flagrante delicto, after during a police check, he threw a small amount of suspected cocaine from the car window while he was a passenger. The seized narcotics were confiscated as material evidence.

The Korçë Police Station referred the case materials to the Prosecution Office, which initiated criminal proceedings against Xh. H., 25, resident of Dvoran village, for the criminal offense of “Stalking,” as he is suspected of posting an intimate video of a 24-year-old woman on social media, threatening, and insulting her from fake social media accounts.

The Pogradec Police Station also referred materials to the Prosecution Office, which initiated criminal proceedings against R. B., 34, resident of Pogradec, for allegedly taking justice into his own hands in Neighborhood No. 5, Pogradec, by damaging the balcony railing of T. Ç.’s residence, claiming it was on his property.

The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further actions.
