Korçë County

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of the Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against V. L., 39, resident of Velçan village, for allegedly sending threatening text messages to his wife, who is protected by a restraining order.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of the Devoll Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against S. A. for the offense of “Illegal Construction.”

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of DVKM Korçë referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against M. Z., 29, and M. Ç., 20, both residents of Stavraj village, for the offense of “Illegal Crossing of the State Border.”

All procedural materials have been submitted to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
