Specialists from the Korçë DVKM Crime Investigation Unit referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating proceedings for the criminal offense of “Forgery of seals, stamps, or forms” against G. Sh., 58, resident of Pojan, Maliq, after a Greek state stamp, suspected to be fake, was found in his passport during checks at the Kapshticë border crossing when leaving Albania.

Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Sector referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against N. K., 23, resident of Zerec, Maliq, after a small amount of suspected cocaine was found and seized as material evidence during a vehicle check in Korçë.

Specialists from the Devoll Police Station Crime Investigation Unit referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against S. P., 24, resident of Bilisht, Devoll, after a cutting tool (knife) was found and seized as material evidence during a vehicle check.

Specialists from the Pogradec Police Station Crime Investigation Unit referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against E. Z., 20, resident of Pogradec, after a physical altercation with a 13-year-old.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
