Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of DVKM Korçë referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated for the offense of "Illegal crossing of the state border" against M.D., 32, a resident of Nartë village, Gramsh, who is suspected of having crossed illegally into Greece.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of the Maliq Police Station also referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against M.Sh., 35, a resident of Çërravë village, Pogradec, for the offense of "Illegal logging."

This individual was caught on the Korçë-Pogradec road transporting firewood in a pickup truck without the proper documentation. The quantity of wood and the vehicle were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
