BREAKING NEWS / Police searching for 44-year-old man from Korça

Specialists from the Korçë Crime Investigation Section:

Referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office and issued a wanted notice for the criminal offense “Assistance in Illegal Border Crossing” against Q.N., 44, resident of Korçë. Near the village of Polenë, Korçë, the Crime Investigation Section discovered 5 irregular migrants who are suspected to have been aided by the 44-year-old to cross the border illegally in exchange for payment, with the intended destination being a European Union country. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend Q.N.

Referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated for the offense “Illegal Crossing of the State Border” against F.F., 41, resident of Korçë, who is suspected of having crossed illegally into Greece.

The procedural materials were submitted to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
