Cultivating hundreds of narcotic plants in a parcel, two people are arrested in flagrante delicto!

The operation codenamed “Flagranca” has been completed, targeting a case of narcotics cultivation in the village of Ivanaj.
Two individuals were caught in flagrante delicto at the parcel where narcotic plants had been cultivated and were arrested.
The services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Station, as a result of intensive investigations carried out using proactive methods regarding a case of drug cultivation, finalized the operation codenamed “Flagranca”.
During the operation, in the territory of Ivanaj village, 306 suspected Cannabis Sativa plants were found cultivated, which were destroyed by burning.
Police services caught the suspects at the scene where the plants were cultivated and arrested citizens N. Z., 40, resident of Guci e Re village, and K. P., 43, resident of Grudë e Re village, both suspected of being the authors of this cultivation.
Checks continue throughout the Shkodër region, with the aim of preventing and combating this criminal activity.
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Shkodër for further action.
