Dangerous 43-year-old, Ramazan Zoto, arrested in Korçë

The dangerous 43-year-old, Ramadan Zoto, who had been internationally wanted on several charges, has been arrested. He is also suspected of being the perpetrator of last month’s double shooting in Saranda.

According to police sources, Ramadan Canaj, alias Ramadan Zoto, had been under surveillance since this morning after leaving the capital, as he was attempting to cross the border into Greece.

The incident on July 17 in the coastal city of Saranda left two people injured, while earlier police had arrested his brother.

The same sources add that firearms were seized during the operation, and several other individuals who were in Zoto’s vehicle were also escorted for questioning.
