Devoll Honors the Great Poet Dritëro Agolli on the 94th Anniversary of His Birth

On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the birth of the great writer and poet from Devoll, Dritëro Agolli, the Municipality of Devoll organized a cultural event at the school in the village of Menkulas, his birthplace.

The students of the school passionately and emotionally presented poetry, songs, and dances dedicated to the figure of the poet, who through his words became the voice of Devoll and all of Albania.

The event was attended by representatives of the Municipality of Devoll, district institutions, teachers, students, friends of the poet, and local residents, who paid tribute to one of the greatest figures of Albanian literature.

The Mayor of Devoll, Mr. Eduard Duro, emphasized that this day has now become a tradition for the municipality, serving as a homage to the life and work of Dritëro Agolli, the pride of Devoll and the entire Albanian nation.
