Disciplinary Commission of FSHF Issues Midweek Fines for Clubs

The Disciplinary Commission of the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) has once again issued its “usual share” of midweek fines for clubs due to spectator behavior in the stands.

The club facing the heaviest penalty is Vllaznia, which has been fined 300,000 ALL due to the misconduct of its supporters during the recent match against Egnatia. Meanwhile, in terms of disciplinary actions, Skënderbeu player Bismark has been suspended for two matches following the red card he received in the match against Teuta.

Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Commission – Dated 30.01.2025

  • Player Sie Bismark Charles Kwarena (KF Skënderbeu) is suspended for two (2) matches due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of the Disciplinary Code.

  • KF Vllaznia is fined 300,000 ALL for failing to fulfill obligations and responsibilities, as well as for the misconduct of its supporters, who threw objects onto the field and ignited flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on Articles 17/1, 17/2/b, and 17/2/c of the Disciplinary Code.

  • FK Apolonia is fined 200,000 ALL for failing to meet its organizational responsibilities and repeatedly causing delays in the start of the match, based on Articles 8/1, 17/1, and 33/1/b of the Disciplinary Code. In accordance with Article 76/1/a, the fine is applied at 50%.

  • Flamurtari FC is fined 50,000 ALL due to the misconduct of its supporters, who threw objects onto the field, based on Article 17/2/c of the Disciplinary Code. The fine is applied at 50%, per Article 76/1/a.

  • FK Kukësi is fined 50,000 ALL due to the misconduct of its supporters, who threw objects onto the field, based on Article 17/2/c of the Disciplinary Code. The fine is applied at 50%, per Article 76/1/a.

  • Klevis Gjoka (KF Burreli official) is suspended for four (4) matches due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the Disciplinary Code.

  • FC Besa is fined 50,000 ALL for the misconduct of its supporters, who threw objects onto the field, based on Article 17/2/c of the Disciplinary Code. The fine is applied at 50%, per Article 76/1/a.

  • Fatjon Marku (Basania FC player) is suspended for fifteen (15) matches due to physical assault on match officials, based on Article 14/1/l of the Disciplinary Code.

  • FC Besa U-21 is fined 100,000 ALL and forfeits its Abissnet Superiore U-21 match against KF Vllaznia U-21 with a 3-0 result due to abandonment of the game, based on Article 16/1 of the Disciplinary Code. The fine is applied at 3%, per Article 76/1/e.

  • SG Tirana U-13 is fined 100,000 ALL and forfeits its Second Category, Regional Zone Tirana U-13 match against Akf Peza U-13 with a 3-0 result due to abandonment of the game, based on Article 16/1 of the Disciplinary Code. The fine is applied at 3%, per Article 76/1/e.

  • The request of FC Turbina official Xhynejt Cutra is dismissed as unfounded in the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.

  • The request of KF Shkëndija Tiranë official Luan Pinari is dismissed as unfounded in the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.
