"Disciplinary Sanctions for the Superiore League: Fine for Pogradec. In Maliq, Avdolli is banned for 2 matches!"

Today, the decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Commission from the Albanian Football Federation were made public. The clubs sanctioned from the Superiore League are Elbasani and Tirana, while from the First Division, Pogradec has been fined. Below are all the decisions:
AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects onto the field, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, and using offensive chants towards the opposing team, is fined 200,000 lek (two hundred thousand lek) based on articles 17/1/b, 17/2/c, and 17/2/e of the Disciplinary and Ethics Code (KDE).
KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and using offensive chants towards the opposing team, is fined 50,000 lek (fifty thousand lek) based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of KDE.
FK Pogradeci, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects onto the field, is fined 50,000 lek (fifty thousand lek) based on article 17/2/b of KDE. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at 50%.
KS Butrinti, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects onto the field and failing to ensure the safety of officials and players, is fined 300,000 lek (three hundred thousand lek) based on articles 13/2/b, 17/1/c, and 17/2/b of KDE. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at 20%.
KS Butrinti's player, Florian Selmani, for assaulting an official from the opposing team, is banned for 1 year from activities based on article 14/1/i of KDE.
KS Butrinti's player, Indrit Sejko, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards players from the opposing team, is banned for 3 matches from activities based on article 14/1/b of KDE.
KF Turbina's player, Redin Malaj, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards an official, is banned for 4 matches from activities based on article 14/1/j of KDE. In application of articles 34/1 and 34/3 of KDE, a partial suspension of the penalty will be applied after serving half of it. The conditional suspension period will be 6 months.
KF Turbina's player, Markovanbasten Cema, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards players from the opposing team, is banned for 3 matches from activities based on article 14/1/b of KDE.
KF Turbina's player, Orsi Ageja, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards players from the opposing team, is banned for 3 matches from activities based on article 14/1/b of KDE.
KF Shkumbini, for failing to comply with obligations and regulations during the match, causing delays, is fined 50,000 lek (fifty thousand lek) based on articles 8/1 and 17/1/b of KDE. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at 50%.
KF Maliqi official, Ervis Avdolli, for protesting the referee’s decisions, is banned for 2 matches from activities based on article 14/1/b of KDE.
KF Oriku, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects onto the field, is fined 100,000 lek (one hundred thousand lek) based on article 17/2/b of KDE. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at 20%.
KF Delvina's player, Donald Mehmeti, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the referee, is banned for 4 matches from activities based on article 14/1/j of KDE.
Olimpic Shkodra, for failure to meet obligations and responsibilities, causing the abandonment of a Third Division match against UET, is fined 100,000 lek (one hundred thousand lek) and loses the match 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at 3%.
AFF Elbasani U-17 Women's Team, for abandoning the match against FC Kinostudio U-17 Women's Team, is fined 100,000 lek (one hundred thousand lek) and loses the match 3-0. According to article 76/1/d of KDE, the fine is applied at 5%.
The requests of Rinia EL 2018 players Jerli Hatellari, Driand Dushku, Henri Likaj, and Gaia Triumph’s Klaidi Shala, for the suspension of the remaining penalty, have been accepted. The conditional suspension period will be 6 months according to article 34/1 of KDE.
The requests of KF Naftëtari U-19 players Antonio Brisku, Alkid Toska, Ramon Tafa, and Daut Hoxha have been rejected as unfounded according to the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.
Appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days to the Appeals Commission.
