We have often remembered the "Stars" and the legends of Skenderbeu more nostalgically and with more than great longing.

One of them is the one we are remembering in these moments, Sabjen Lilaj, or as he was called by his teammates, "Arusha". Undoubtedly, it has been among the main points of Skenderbeu in the middle of the field and gave a lot to the red and white from 2012 to 2018.

Skanderbeg was great at that time because it had great players and Sabjeni and Bledi in the middle of the field were two "Stars" that every team would dream of.

Korçari Lilaj started his career at Tirana U-19 and then moved to Tirana, Lokomotiva Zagreb to arrive in Korça at Skënderbeu. He also played European matches with Kukës, then moved to Gabala, Ness Ziona, Prishtina and finally Dinamo.

A more than long sports career for the legendary midfielder Sabjen Lilaj, a football player who rarely comes in terms of regime, spirit on the field and the relationships he had every time he had the ball at his feet.

With the glorious Skanderbeg of those years, Sabjeni shone and will never be forgotten for all Korça fans.
