Journalist Artan Hoxha has provided details about yesterday’s incident in Elbasan, where three young men were injured.

He said that the perpetrator entered a café and wounded three young men, including the waiter, but has not yet been arrested, despite being pursued by an off-duty police officer.

“While we were speaking, gunfire erupted in Elbasan. Three young men were injured there. The young man entered the café, fired six shots, and also wounded the 19-year-old waiter.

A police officer who was off duty was there and chased him. The suspect threw away the weapon, but the perpetrator has not been caught.

We have three injured people: Armand Tomorrica, 32 years old, Renaldo Mançe, 31 years old, and the café waiter Bjorgo Hoxha.

Elbasan had actually been without such incidents for some time and had returned to a state of calm.
