EXCLUSIVE / Discover the Names Who Will Wear the Skënderbeu Jersey in the International Tournament in Greece!

For several days now, it has been announced that an international tournament featuring 12 teams from 3 different countries will be held in Greece on May 30–31 and June 1.

Albania, Greece, and England will take part in this veterans’ tournament with their respective teams. Greece will be represented by 10 teams, while England will participate with Watford, and Albania with Skënderbeu.

Skënderbeu will face two Greek teams on May 31 and June 1. The “Skënderbeu” club confirms that 22 former Skënderbeu players have confirmed their participation in the tournament so far.

All participants are well-known names who have proudly worn and represented the red and white jersey.

Among the veterans representing Skënderbeu are Jani Kaçi, Gjergji Avramushi, and Ilia Tërpo, who are among the older players, as well as other notable names such as Renato Rapo (representative of the Regional Federation), Gentjan Liço (assistant coach of Skënderbeu), Bledi Shkëmbi (current coach of Tirana), and also Tefik Osmani, Fatos Haruni, and Zamir Shahinasi.

Other well-known names participating include Lako, Jano, Çajku, Osmanllari, Vila, Koleci, Kotemelo, Spahiu, Llapanji, Zyla, Kadiu, Larti, and Çipi — all respected figures in the southeastern city and beyond.
