Fight in a shop, a female customer is assaulted and held hostage by the owners

Two owners of an electrical appliance shop in the Ish-Dogana area of Tirana have been arrested by police on charges of threats, physical violence, and unlawful deprivation of liberty against a female customer.
The incident occurred after a dispute over minor issues between the business owners and the customer, which escalated into violence. According to the official police statement, the suspects held the woman against her will inside the shop premises, depriving her of her freedom.
The arrested individuals are S. A., 63, and E. H., 41.
Police also report that during the intervention by officers from Police Station No. 6 to neutralize the situation, the suspects resisted law enforcement with force.
According to the police, E. H. is also suspected of assaulting a police officer while on duty, causing minor injuries.
“Officers from Police Station No. 6 arrested in the act S. A. and E. H., after they are suspected of threatening, unlawfully detaining, and physically assaulting a female customer during a dispute over minor motives in an electrical goods shop in the Ish-Dogana area,” the police statement says.
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
