Another earthquake hit Greece today, and its magnitude was stronger.

Seismic tremors measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale were recorded in the Lefkada area in the early hours of this morning (17 November).

Experts said the epicenter was near Agios Nikitas, and according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, it is considered a relatively strong earthquake.

There are no reports of injuries or material damage, though there is concern about possible aftershocks.

Yesterday as well, seismic tremors with a magnitude of 3.4 on the Richter scale were recorded south of Spilios, Rethymno.
