He forged documents in Albania, 60-year-old arrested in Germany. Here is the police announcement

The operation codenamed “The Wanted” continues, aimed at the capture and extradition of individuals wanted internationally.

The next phase has been completed, with the arrest in Germany of a person wanted internationally, for extradition to Albania.

He is accused of having appropriated an apartment in Vlorë by falsifying documents, then demolishing it and constructing another building in its place.

As a result of cooperation between Interpol Tirana and their German counterparts, within the framework of operation “The Wanted,” the internationally wanted individual was located in Germany, apprehended, and arrested for extradition to Albania:

Hito Musaj, 60 years old.

The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Vlorë, by its decision dated 19.06.2022, had imposed the security measure of “Imprisonment” on this individual for the criminal offenses of “Document Forgery,” “Property Destruction,” and “Laundering of Proceeds from Crime or Criminal Activity.”

H. M. is accused of having, through falsification of a construction permit, appropriated the apartment of J. M., later demolishing it and constructing a larger building in its place.

Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with the German authorities, will carry out the procedures for the extradition of Mr. Musaj to Albania.
