Operation “Siguria” has been completed.

A new case of selling narcotic substances to teenagers has been uncovered.

A 22-year-old man was caught in the act while attempting to sell doses of cannabis and was arrested. A quantity of suspected cannabis and a sum of money were seized.

The Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the Special Force “Shqiponja”, after several days of field investigations, obtained information about an individual selling cannabis to teenagers.

Following this, the police organized and concluded the operation “Siguria” to apprehend and bring him to legal accountability.

During the operation, police forces caught and arrested L.K., 22, a resident of Peshkopi, in the act in the “Nazmi Rushiti” neighborhood while attempting to sell doses of cannabis.

During a physical search, a quantity of suspected cannabis packaged in doses ready for sale was found, along with money believed to be profits from this criminal activity.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Dibër for further legal proceedings.
