Horror incident in Greece! / Suspected of killing his pregnant partner, investigation launched into 38-year-old

The First Instance Prosecutor’s Office of Athens has initiated criminal proceedings against a 38-year-old man who is suspected of killing his pregnant partner in the Kolonos area.

According to authorities, he is facing charges for three felonies and one misdemeanor. Specifically, he is accused of murder committed in a calm state of mind, unlawful termination of pregnancy, and a serious case of domestic violence, which allegedly involves the continuous infliction of severe physical pain or dangerous exhaustion of the victim’s health.

At the same time, the 38-year-old is also charged with the illegal supply and possession of prohibited substances.

The suspect is expected to appear before the competent investigating judge and, according to sources, will request time to prepare his defense. Investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident are ongoing.
