Incident in Vithkuq: two residents involved in a conflict

Authorities in Korçë have referred the case to the Prosecution, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against two citizens: K. T., 41, and I. T., 45, cousins and residents of the village of Vithkuq.
The two individuals physically clashed over minor reasons, while authorities continue the investigation to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
