A video that went viral two days ago, showing “The hammer 14” driving without stopping for police, led authorities to arrest the well-known Korçë resident, Kostandin Dramolli, also known as “The hammer 14.”
He is remembered for the moment he even threw stones at the Korçë Municipality. Despite his notoriety, he was arrested this time for not complying with police orders.

The Judicial Police officer arrested in flagrante citizen K. D., 27, resident of Korçë, after he failed to obey a Road Police officer’s order to stop his vehicle on the “Qafë Plloçë-Qukës” road.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
