Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Sector referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against S.I., 24, resident of Korçë, after a physical search revealed a quantity of suspected cannabis.

The Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against:

E.Xh., 51, resident of Pogradec, for physically assaulting his sister, who was granted a protection order;

F.Ç., 58, resident of Gurras village, suspected of slapping a minor for trivial reasons;

a 16-year-old, as sports betting pages were found on his phone during a check at a local establishment.

Additionally, authorities issued a wanted notice for A.T., 46, resident of Pogradec, for violating the house arrest measure imposed by the Korçë Court for the criminal offense of “Irregular driving.”

The Korçë Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office initiating criminal proceedings against A.H., 52, resident of Korçë, suspected of slapping a 57-year-old for trivial reasons.

All procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë Court of First Instance for further action.

The investigative team is working to clarify the circumstances of the cases.
