Moments of panic on the road, accident involving three vehicles

A road accident was recorded this Tuesday on the Gjirokastër–Tepelenë road, near the bend by the former Division area, in the zone where the Border Police Directorate is currently located.

According to preliminary information, the accident involved two cars and an SUV, which collided with each other for reasons that are still unknown.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported from the collision, and the damage is only material.

Police services arrived at the scene and are working to clarify the circumstances and causes that led to the accident. Traffic on this stretch of road was also slowed down for several minutes.

Authorities are calling on drivers to exercise increased caution while driving and to respect traffic rules.
