“PLAY-OFF” DRAW / Albania unlucky in both matches, but not Kosovo! Italy’s path clears, full journey to the World Cup revealed (FULL)

Albania and Kosovo have learned their fate in the play-off draw, as they aim for the 2026 World Cup. The draw was not kind to the Red and Blacks, who will face Poland first, the better-ranked rival in the second pot. On the other hand, Kosovo will face Slovakia, which was last in the FIFA ranking among the other possible teams.

Silvinho’s national team was unlucky in the draw, because even if they beat Poland in the away semifinal, they will still play the final away. The winner of Ukraine – Sweden is reserved for the final.

Meanwhile, Kosovo will play the winner of Turkey – Romania if they win against Slovakia. The “Dardanians” are lucky because they would play the big final at the “Fadil Vokrri” Stadium.
