POLICE / 1 arrest in Kamenica and 1 criminal proceeding for the 18-year-old adolescent

Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante R. H., 38, resident of Kamenicë village, after being caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

They also referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, where a criminal proceeding was initiated against D. D., 18, resident of Pleshisht village, for driving a vehicle without a driving license.

The procedural materials were submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
