POLICE / 3 arrested in Korça, Devoll and Pogradec. Legal proceedings in Korça, Kamenicë and Kolonjë

Specialists of the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante delicto citizens M. K., 37 years old, D. C., 29 years old, resident of Pogradec, and L. A., 44 years old, resident of Devoll, after they were caught driving their vehicles under the influence of alcohol.

The services of the Korça Police Station also arrested in flagrante delicto citizen K. P., 41 years old, resident of the village of Koshnicë, after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol and refused to comply with police officers’ orders to stop.

In addition, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against:

V. L. and L. B., after being caught carrying out unauthorized construction work;

L. M., 44 years old, resident of Korça, suspected of threatening a 37-year-old man with a cutting tool;

M. H., 57 years old, resident of Kamenicë, suspected of firing into the air with a licensed hunting weapon, which was seized as material evidence;

M. J., 60 years old, resident of Korça, suspected of committing domestic violence against her daughter-in-law, who was granted a protection order.

The services of the Kolonjë Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen A. G., 63 years old, resident of Leskovik, suspected of verbally threatening a 46-year-old woman.
