POLICE / 47-year-old man from Baban, Devoll arrested. Criminal proceedings opened in Maliq

Traffic Sector specialists arrested A. K., 47, resident of Baban village, in flagrante, after being caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

Meanwhile, Crime Investigation specialists at the Maliq Police Station referred case materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against E. K. for the offense of “Illegal Construction.”

All procedural documents have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
