POLICE / Arrests in Korçë, 24-year-old caught with cocaine. Gambling and other incidents in the southeast. Here’s the statement!

Specialists from the Drug Investigation Sector arrested in flagrante the following individuals:

S. D., 24 years old, resident of Korçë, after a physical search revealed a quantity of suspected cocaine, which was seized as material evidence.

N. T., 20 years old, resident of Korçë, and a 17-year-old minor, for whom procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, after a physical search by the Special Force “Shqiponja” in neighborhood no. 14, Korçë, found and seized a quantity of suspected cannabis.

The Korçë Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings for A. H., 34, and A. K., 36, residents of Korçë, both technical managers at a shoe factory, for the criminal offense of “Violation of Work Safety Rules,” after a factory worker was injured on the job. The employee received medical treatment and is out of life-threatening danger.

Regarding previously reported gambling cases on 09.11.2025, in which L. M., 26, resident of Korçë, was wanted as an accomplice of the arrested E. J., specialists from the Crime Investigation Sector of Korçë Police captured L. M. The materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, and criminal proceedings were initiated against the 26-year-old.

All procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
