Devoll Police Station services referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen E. D., who was caught carrying out construction work without a permit.

Korçë Police Station services referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen Xh. K., 40, resident of the village of Boboshticë, who was caught cutting a quantity of timber, suspected to be done illegally.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
