Specialists from the Investigation of Crimes Department of the Pogradec Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where the proceedings began in a state of freedom for citizen S. C., residing in the village of Gështenjas, Pogradec, suspected of occupying a land area belonging to citizen N. G. in the village of Buçimas, Pogradec.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further actions.
