POLICE / Fistfight in Drenovë, Korçë. Legal proceedings in Devoll and Pogradec

Korçë police referred several cases to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings:
In Drenovë, proceedings began against V. Xh., 27, N. Xh., 37, and G. D., 37, residents of the village, for punching a 51-year-old man over minor motives.
Against E. H., 36, a contractor from Tirana, after a worker was slightly injured during the setup of a stage for the beer festival.
Against a 17-year-old suspected of stealing a mobile phone from a 14-year-old, a 16-year-old who was with him and failed to report the theft, and B. K., 28, the 17-year-old’s brother, for giving false testimony to judicial police officers about the incident.
In Pogradec, proceedings were initiated against E. N., 37, and M. L., 20, for allegedly getting into a fight inside a bar. The bar’s administrator, E. H., 46, also faces proceedings after it was found he employed unregistered workers.
In Devoll, proceedings began against A. G., 51, from Tirana, for illegally occupying a plot of land belonging to a 53-year-old man in Bilisht, acting in self-redress.
