The specialists of the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante the citizen M. Sh., 20 years old, resident of Korçë, after he was caught driving a vehicle without a driving license.

The services of the Korçë Police Station arrested in flagrante the citizen E. L., 34 years old, resident of Korçë, after he broke the security measure "House Arrest" imposed by the Korçë Court. Also, materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen V. S., after he was caught carrying out construction works without a permit.

The services of the Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen M. H., 18 years old, resident of the village of Leshnicë, as he is suspected of having been involved in a conflict with two of his peers over weak motives. Additionally, materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office since on 09.10.2025, in the village of Çërravë, it is suspected that due to an electrical spark, a fire broke out in a livestock barn owned by citizen O. K., 40 years old, and as a result of the flames, 170 small livestock were burned.

The services of the Maliq Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen E. S., 39 years old, resident of Maliq, as he is suspected of having taken several small livestock from a 44-year-old man through fraud. Also, materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and O. A., 49 years old, resident of Libonik, was declared wanted, as he is suspected of having stolen several poultry from a 72-year-old man.

The specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes referred materials to the Prosecutor's Office and declared wanted citizen E. T., 46 years old, resident of Tirana, who is suspected of having taken three cell phones through fraud from a 40-year-old man employed at a phone repair shop.

Regarding the information provided on 04.10.2025 about the disappearance of a 15-year-old girl from her home, this citizen appeared at the police station yesterday and declared that she had left of her own free will. Actions are ongoing to fully clarify the case.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
