POLICE/ 21-year-old arrested in Korçë. Criminal proceedings in Ersekë, Pogradec, and Maliq

Traffic Police specialists arrested in flagrante delicto citizen M. D., 21 years old, resident of Korçë, after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

In addition, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated for the following citizens:

O. K., 30 years old, resident in Spain, after in the village of Borovë, Ersekë, he lost control of the motorcycle he was driving and consequently sustained minor injuries himself.

E. D., 35 years old, and R. H., 20 years old, residents of Pogradec, after in the city of Pogradec, the vehicle driven by the 35-year-old collided with a scooter driven by the 20-year-old, as a result of which citizen R. H. sustained minor injuries.

The Maliq Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen K. D., after he was caught carrying out unauthorized construction work.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
