POLICE/ 28-year-old Geralt Hoxha arrested in Kapshticë

He carried out an attack along with others on the pedestrian street in front of Vau i Dejës Municipality on August 19. A 37-year-old, together with other individuals, was involved, and now the suspect wanted by the authorities has been caught near the Greek border.

The location and arrest were carried out by the Kapshticë Border Police in Korçë, who informed their colleagues in Shkodër, resulting in the arrest of 28-year-old Geralt Hoxha, resident of Klos, Mati.

This citizen had been declared wanted, as he is suspected of, in cooperation with another as-yet-unidentified individual, having struck 37-year-old D.L. with punches and hard objects on August 19, 2025, on the pedestrian street in front of Vau i Dejës Municipality, the police reported.

Meanwhile, investigations continue to document the circumstances of the case and to identify and apprehend the other suspected perpetrator, in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office.
