POLICE/ Arrests made in Korçë, Zëmblak, and Pogradec

Local Police Directorate of Korçë

Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector carried out on-the-spot arrests of the following individuals:

E. K., 36, resident of Vërdovë village, caught driving a motorcycle while intoxicated and without a driving license.

L. B., 41, resident of Zëmblak village, arrested for failing to obey a police officer’s order to stop his vehicle; he was also driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Korçë Police Station services also arrested:

F. S., 31, resident of Korçë, for violating the court-imposed “house arrest” measure by leaving his residence.

G. A., 44, resident of Korçë, and reported the case to the Prosecutor’s Office regarding A. R., 49, as the 44-year-old is suspected of stealing a washing machine from the entrance of an apartment building, which was later purchased by the 49-year-old.

All procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë First Instance Court for further action.
