POLICE/ In Korçë, a 27-year-old man hits a 16-year-old with his car, legal proceedings initiated by police

The Road Traffic Specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen E. T., 27 years old, resident of Korçë. At the location known as “Fajanca” in Korçë, the vehicle he was driving collided with a bicycle ridden by a 16-year-old. The minor sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë, for further action.
