POLICE/ Incident in Korçë. Fistfights in Devoll and 2 criminal proceedings. Here’s what happened!

Korçë District

The services of the Devoll Police Commissariat referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against S. F., 40, resident of Ponçarë, and D. M., 33, resident of Kamëz. It is alleged that the 40-year-old struck the 33-year-old during a dispute over minor reasons, while D. M. was found to have crossed the border at Kapshticë illegally.

Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector also referred a case to the Prosecutor’s Office for assessment, after S. Ç., 45, lost control of his vehicle on the “Korçë–Pogradec” road, causing the vehicle to leave the road. The driver and a passenger sustained minor injuries.

Specialists from the Korçë DVKM Crime Investigation Unit referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against F. L., 28, resident of Durrës, for the criminal offense of “illegal border crossing.”

The procedural materials have been submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction for further action.
