POLICE/ Theft and threat in Devoll. Fight in Pogradec

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen I. H., 65 years old, resident of Pogradec, as he is suspected of verbally threatening a 52-year-old man over minor motives.

The services of the Devoll Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, following a complaint made by citizen M. K., 46 years old, resident of Tirana, who reported that while staying at a hotel in the city of Bilisht, an unidentified person had stolen a sum of money from him. Work is underway to identify and apprehend the perpetrator.

Additionally, criminal proceedings were initiated against the same individual, M. K., 46 years old, resident of Tirana, as he is suspected of verbally threatening the hotel owner.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further legal action.
