POLICE/ Two arrested in Korçë: a 23-year-old from Podgoria and another from Dishnica

Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector arrested citizen A. H., 40, resident of Korçë, in flagrante for driving under the influence.

Additionally, case materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, which opened criminal proceedings against citizen A. D., 23, resident of Podgorie, who, while driving, lightly injured a pedestrian.

The Korçë Police Commissariat also arrested citizen A. D., 57, resident of Dishnicë, in flagrante for carrying out construction work without a permit on a business property that was not registered with the competent authorities, which he managed.

Procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Korçë for further action.
