Police/ Assaults spouse, damages a garden, and electrical line. Three persons face criminal charges

The Police Station of Pogradec referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings began in a state of liberty for the following individuals:

E. Ç., 38 years old, resident of Pogradec, suspected of damaging the outdoor premises of a preschool institution (garden).

M. K., 44 years old, resident of Bletas village, Pogradec, suspected of assaulting his spouse, who had a protection order.

A. X., 51 years old, resident of Pogradec, suspected of damaging the electrical line supplying the premises of a 51-year-old.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë.
