POLICE: Cocaine is found in the car, he is arrested

DVP Korçë / 2 citizens are put in handcuffs and 5 others are prosecuted in a free state, for various criminal offenses.

-Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics of DVP Korçë, arrested in the act the citizen R. M., 31 years old, resident of the village of Hudënisht, Pogradec, after on the road axis "Pogradec-Qafë Thane", at the exit of the city of Pogradec, was found by the police services driving a "Benz" type vehicle, where during the physical check, a small amount of suspected narcotic substance cocaine was found and seized.

- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pogradec Police Station arrested the citizen J. Sh., 21 years old, resident of Pogradec, in the neighborhood no. 3, Pogradec, in the garage of another citizen, stole a mobile phone, which was found and seized as material evidence.

These same specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began in a state of freedom for the citizens:

S. L., 31 years old, resident of the village of Vërdovë, Pogradec, after on 21.07.2023, in the village of Bishnicë, Pogradec, he allegedly punched a 34-year-old man;

D. F., 49 years old and Ll. Mr., 29 years old, a resident of Pogradec, after on the road axis "Pogradec-Qafë Thane", at the exit of the city of Pogradec, for weak motives, they allegedly punched each other, causing bodily harm to each other.

- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Korça Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began in a free state for the citizen S. D., 52 years old, a resident of Korça, after he punched in the city during a conflict for weak motives, a 64-year-old.

- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Devoll Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began in a free state for the citizen V. Sh., 41 years old, resident in the village of Çipan, Devoll, after he punched a 69 - year old.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
