POLICE: Domestic dispute in Devoll. Another man from Durrës threatens a 39-year-old in Devoll

The Devoll Police Commissariat referred case materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against the following individuals:
K. H., resident of Bilisht, suspected of taking the law into his own hands by preventing his spouse, with whom he is undergoing divorce proceedings, from using her vehicle.
T. R., resident of Durrës, suspected of insulting and threatening a 39-year-old man via phone messages.
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
